The registration fee for the whole conference includes the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner, refreshments and lunches during the conference, and the Excursion.
It also includes a copy of the proceedings of the conference.
Optional tours will be available, at a cost, for accompanying persons: guided tours of Annecy old town, lake cruises, Savoyard Costume Museum, Route of the Dukes of Savoy, trips to Castles and other thematic tours and visits. Details of these tours will be provided at the start of the Conference or at the registration desk.
Reservations for accompanying persons to attend the Welcoming Reception, Conference Dinner and Conference Excursion must be made on the registration form. The costs per person are: Reception, FF100; Dinner, FF300; Excursion, FF350.
Tickets for the lunches will also be available at the registration desk for FF150 each.
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will be refunded on receipt of written cancellation as follows:
On or before 31 August 1997
100% of fees, less FF400 fee to cover administrative costs.
After 31 August 1997
No refund.
